Rules & Regulations

As we are all humans, we have some (un)planned days ahead of us and we have to be responsible for our own actions. We must adhere to the rules & regulations and the policies at all times, as they are there for having tutoring sessions with less complications. They apply the same to me as much as it applies to you! 

I take responsibility of all my students and will definitely have a communication much in advance in order to plan your sessions accordingly. However, the only exception on me would be for emergencies as that could happen to me as well. In such a situation, I will take the responsibility of rescheduling it to my earliest convenience unless requested for a refund!

Days Off/Vacation Request Policy: 

• Have written communication via email/text if for a planned vacation well in advance (at least 24hr to a week). The more earlier the better for us both to plan for your sessions. 

• If you need a day-off for whatsoever reason, please let me know 24-hours notice. If the payment has been made, I shall refund the amount or use it towards the rescheduled session as per your needs.

Cancellations: 

• If for any reason, I have to cancel any pre-booked sessions, I will notify you way in advance (24hr to a week) and we shall come up with an alternate plan accordingly. 

• If there is a sick-call or unfortunate expected circumstances from either me or you, where a session needs to be cancelled, a notice must be provided at least 4-6 hours ahead of time. The session would be rescheduled within 1-2 weeks. 

• If for an emergency/last minute cancellation, there would be a penalty of the charge made if it is a same-day/drop-in session or 1 less session for the monthly sessions. 

• If for some reason, I have an emergency, I promise to reschedule your session at my earliest convenience unless requested for a refund.  

• For any other reason, if there is a 24-hr notice given and the payment has been made, I shall refund the amount or use it towards the rescheduled session. 

Statutory Holidays:

Unless there is a special request made, as not everyone follows the standard holidays as per their religious & cultural backgrounds, I will be tutoring on those days as well. Please plan in advance and inform me for if you'd want to have the statutory days off!
